Hourly rate for standard PC Services. We can assist you with anything associated for your PC. For a more economical rate, check out our flat rate services.

In-home installation of Internet Service Provider (ISP) hardware, plus configuration of software for internet access. Internet access must be purchased from an ISP, it is NOT included.

Peripheral Installation
Installation and configuration of (1) computer peripheral device and its assosciated software. Devices must connect through external computer interfaces (USB, FireWire, Serial Ports, LPT Ports). (Hardware not included.)

New Computer Setup
In-home configuration of PC and printer resources for users, optimization of system resources (Paging File Optimization, Pre-Fetch configuration), installation of system updates and up to two additional software applications. Configuration of ISP for internet access. Internet Service Not Included (you must already have an ISP). (Computer Not Included)

Wireless Network Setup
In-home setup of network hardware, activation of security features, and configuration of your network hardware and up to two additional PC's to share printers, files, and internet connections wirelessly. Additional Devices are $49 per device. A device is anything that receives an address on the wireless network. (Wireless devices not included)
Onsite - $139
One Time Data Backup / Transfer
This service creates secure copies of your computer's files in case of a severe crash. Up to 10.5GB of your computer's essential files will be secured or transferred. (CD/DVD, External Device, Direct Hard Drive, Network Attached Storage. Move 10.4 Gigabytes of data.) (Unlimited backup available. Each additional gigabyte of backup – $2.99 per gigabyte (1,000,000,000 bytes.)

Automated Data Backup (Internal, External HDD, NAS)
Connect external hard drives to computer, install software & drivers, and verify drivers are functional. Hard drive not included. Set up operating system software for network system access to file services* and configure computer to routinely back up. A quarter hour of instruction will be given on using the backup system. *(if needed for backup setup)

A Technician will remotely (or onsite if needed) detect faults, troubleshoot, and repair the wireless network connections.

A technician will determine the cause up to the last device prior to the ISP, and will help with calling the ISP to dispatch a service technician.

Software Troubleshooting With Online Diagnostic
Get help with software issues online and over the phone. This services includes Repairing, Installing, and troubleshooting MS Word, Excel, Quicken, Photoshop, Outlook). Help properly configure the software settings for optimal program behavior.

Your computer is just like any other machine and needs routine maintenance to keep it running smoothly. A computer optimization service is the right thing to do to preserve the health of your PC. A good rule of thumb is to have this service purchased once every 3 months.

Physical cleaning of PC internals (Motherboard Case, Fans, Drives). Check disk health, available space, and if possible, perform a disk defragmentation.

PC Cleaning Service
Physical cleaning of your personal computer. Specifically, dust and debris removal from the Case, Motherboard, Fans and Drives.

Wireless Network Security Check
Most wireless networks by default are extremely insecure. Prevent financial information theft and malicious hacking activities by securing your wireless network. Call National Networks and schedule a wireless security check today, your information depends on it. As a contract service we will view the routers log for malicious activity and patch any security vulnerability on the device. As an expanded option, we can update the software on your wireless router to ensure the fastest and most reliable operating system for your network device.

PC Safety Check
Checking for AV and AS software and if its up to date, plus check firewall settings. Check for the current Critical Windows Patches. Examine PC for common malicious file sharing software. Determine the health of PC- Website viewing history to determine if unwanted sites are installing malicious software. Instant Messaging Check – View and Verify that no personal or other information is being transferred through the profiles and screennames of IM clients. Search of MySpace and Google for Personal Info. Give suggestion on how to improve performance online.
