    • You must provide express consent before any messages are sent. This can be done via our website, during service onboarding, or by texting a designated keyword to our number.
    • Consent will not be implied from other forms of communication (e.g., email signup).
  • Message Frequency: The frequency of messages will vary depending on the type of service you’ve opted into. For example, service alerts and promotional messages will be sent periodically, but never excessively.
